- Situation
- Since the P2 policy grew two clauses on April 1, the evaluation shows proposals that skip the inspection requirement. The model is unchanged and the prompt is unchanged. The policy index reports its compiled context is over the token budget and is truncating.
- Your role
- You are the FDE who owns the evidence path. You have the compile logs, the policy text, the index config (bound to the live service) and the console.
- Goal
