- An adjuster at Northwind asked the claims assistant about a water-damage exclusion and got a correct-sounding answer citing
Halvard Marine policy H-22. Northwind does not have a policy H-22. Halvard is another tenant on the same deployment. Northwind's security lead has opened a ticket and wants the path, the fix and a statement that retrieval itself was not the leak. - Your role
- You are the FDE who owns the serving path for this multi-tenant deployment. You have the console, the cache and index config files, and the logs. Every tenant's data is live in the system; you must not turn anything off to make the symptom disappear.
- Goal
- Name the layer that served the other tenant's content, fix its key so a hit can never cross accounts, show the cache healthy on the live system, and name the layer that must also filter by tenant before ranking.
