Build the diagnostics you will need when you cannot log in

Inside a customer environment you often cannot reach the logs, attach a debugger, or query the database. Everything you will want during an incident has to have been designed in beforehand, and the deciding artifact is a diagnostic bundle their operator can produce without you.
