Every release is final until the next transfer window

Behind an air gap the deploy-observe-fix loop is broken in both directions: you cannot watch what happened and you cannot push a correction. What replaces it is validating on a replica before transfer, shipping the rollback with the release, and letting the customer's own staff decide from evidence you prepared.
