Everything the agent remembers was true when it was written

Accumulated context degrades in two ways at once: it grows until it costs more than the work, and it goes stale until the agent acts confidently on facts that stopped being true. Separate memory by lifetime, compact deliberately rather than truncating, and treat anything remembered as a claim with a timestamp.
